Paris x 2

Hmmm a lot has happened and I haven't had time to update my blog !!! Sorryyyy (: But i think it's a healthy sign that I have some life too and not just the computer world ; )

We had a week holiday and I was in Finland. Which is a bit stupid when you think about it, I'm here to see the world and right when I have the chance to escape, i run back to my home country ?! Coward... The reason was that I wanted to attend this bikini party that took place in a waterpark, and the flights to Finland aren't that expensive so why not ?! It was a good idea though, to see some friends and see what going on in their lives too. Otherwise it was a bad thing for my french. When I came back my friends said I'd been loosing my skills : //

I am not going to put any photos from Finland cuz this blog is about France, those of you being my fb-friend can see the pics there ;) But before going to Finland i visited Mimi in Paris!! We went shopping a little bit, then we watched the movie Black Swan original version in english with french subtitles. I had already seen the film dubbed in french so this was an interesting experience !! I could see that for example some of the side noises that were very crucial for the plot, they didn't excist in the french version !!

Then also we went to the George Pompidou. It is a building where "the inside of the building has been put visible", like all the electricity cables and water pipes are on the outside of the building made in different colors. Blue for water, yellow for electricity and so on. There is a museum that we wanted to see, but after all the pieces were not very.... hmm... Let's just say  i didn't like the art. There were 3-4 good pieces, the others were boring, and some were just too shoking. For example killing a bird and making a video of it is too much even to do for artistical reasons. Shame on you, make some better art please !!

In the night we went to duplex, and I can say that I didn't feel very classy and well dressed !! It was raining during the day and my choice of shoes was the worst possible, so by night i couldn't wear the same shoes as they were so wet !! Because of that i couldn't wear my heels with tights and tunika (is this the word in english ?!..) and i had to wear jeans and a shirt, and Milla kindly provided me with a pair of her shoes. Thank you !!

We went to this raclette/ fondue restaurant right opposite of Millas appartment, just across the street. I had eaten Fondue the last time when i was 11 years old so it was about a time !! It was goooooood...

It was raining very hard and we stopped to have some champagne and coffee at George V on Champs-Elysée. (:

The other time I went to Paris was last weekend, the only purpose was to see the Chateau de Versailles. Some pics!

Book of human anatomy and some teaching equipments: a featus in female uterus.. Hmm...

We never got to know if this rhino was real or not. It just said it was a gift to the King Louis XVI from someone.. It looked real and there were even some hair.. Yuck!! If anyone knows please tell me if i'ts made of some wax or if it really is a real rhino !! I wouldn't be surprised, the amount of gold and all the other gifts, there could always also be one real rhino....... Or maybe not?

"Why are those benches so small, you wouldn't be able to sit one of those huh ?!"   -"Hey dummie, they are for praying, you kneel down and pray"       ... "aaa oki now I got it why they are the wrong way round too, like the backside is facing the altar hahaha "

There were lots of swans (: Where's the black swan, i'd like to see one for real ; D
